Imam Termizi رحمت اللہ علیہ has written the narration of Hazrat Yali Bin Marwah رحمت اللہ علیہthat Prophet ﷺ said: Husain is mine and I am Husain’s. The one who loves Husain, May Allah love him. Husain is my one grandson.
Hazrat Husain Bin Ali رضی اللہ عنہما: The birth of Hazrat Husain رضی اللہ عنہ grandson of Prophet ﷺ and younger son of Hazrat Ali رضی اللہ عنہ and Hazrat Fatima-Tuz-Zohra رضی اللہ عنہا; was in Shaban, 4th hijri. Prophet ﷺ kept his name Husain. He made him taste honey. He put his tongue inside his mouth and grants him the holy sliva and commanded to do his aqeeqa and sadqa of equal weight of silver with his hairs. Hazrat Fatima Zohra رضی اللہ عنہا did charity of sadqa, equal to the weight of his hairs like his elder mothers. Hazrat Hasan رضی اللہ عنہ , Hazrat Husain رضی اللہ عنہ was also similar to Prophet ﷺ and Prophet ﷺ also bad unusual love and relation with him. When Prophet ﷺ died, his (رضی اللہ عنہ ) age was 6 or 7 years. But these 6 or 7 years were spent in companionship and love and admiration of Prophet ﷺ. After Prophet’s ﷺ death, Hazrat Abu Bakar Siddique رضی اللہ عنہ and Hazrat Umar Farooq رضی اللہ عنہ , treated him with special mercy and love. In the last era of caliphate of Hazrat Umar رضی اللہ عنہ , He (رضی اللہ عنہ ) attended a jihad and then got presented in many battles. In the era of Hazrat Usman رضی اللہ عنہ , when the oppositions, surrounded his house so Hazrat Ali رضی اللہ عنہ , assigned his both sons, Hazrat Hasan رضی اللہ عنہ and and Hazrat Husain رضی اللہ عنہ , the protection of his (رضی اللہ عنہ ) house. After the death of Hazrat Imam Hasan and Ameer Muawiya, on insist of people of Kufa, he went for Kufa with his family, to take their oath. Right now, he reached till only place of Karbala that Yazeed’s army surrounded him (رضی اللہ عنہ ) and his family and the incident of Karbala took place and he (رضی اللہ عنہ ) got martyred while fighting with the Yazeed’s army. رضی اللہ عنہ and Arzah: Date is 10th Muharram, 61 hijri. At that time, his age was approximately 55 years. The generation of Prophet ﷺ started with Hazrat Fatima Zohra رضی اللہ عنہا and in her offspring Hazrat Husain and their two sisters, Hazrat Zainub and Hazrat Umme-e-Kulsoom رضی اللہ عنھما , are made the reason of protection of generation of Prophet ﷺ.
The end of murderers of Imam Husain رضی اللہ عنہ :
The end of murderers of Hazrat Imam Husain رضی اللہ عنہ was very didactic. Which Muslim would be unaware with the status and honor of Hazrat Imam Husain رضی اللہ عنہ . he was having the honor of being sahabi. He was the grandson of Prophet ﷺ. He was Ibn-e-Batool, he was the son of Haider-e-Karrar رضی اللہ عنہ , his piousness was exemplary, and he had very similarity with his grandfather in face and personality. But don’t know, what happened to the cruel people that they forgot everything. They didn’t even respect the blood and religion- relations and crushed the flowers of family of Prophet ﷺ in the mill of cruelty. But none of them was safe from the bad end of cruelty. Imam Ibn-e-Kaseerرحمت اللہ علیہ has written that from the murderers of Hazrat Imam Husain رضی اللہ عنہ , no one was such left who won’t be involved in any torment. Few got blind, few got involved in dangerous diseases, few got mad and crazy, few got killed after giving pains. When in the era of Abdul-Malik Bin Marwan, Mukhtar Bin Abi Ubaid Saqfi, got rule over Kufa so he made his mission that he kept in search of the ones whi did cruelty in Karbala and would make them target of his bloody-sword by counting. When such people were bought in front of him, she would make the hands of few cut, would make someone die with arrows and would burn someone alive. The wonders and virtues of Hazrat Husain رضی اللہ عنہ :
Is this honor less to be the grandson of Prophet ﷺ and his companion. Then Prophet ﷺ had much love with Hazrat Husain رضی اللہ عنہ . The condition of love and kind-heartedness was this that these both brothers, in childhood would climb upon the back of Prophet ﷺ during prayer. Sometimes would pass from the middle of his both legs and Prophet ﷺ would take care of them in prayer also. Till the time they would be on back, Prophet ﷺ would not move up his head from sajdah. Prophet ﷺ would usually pick them (رضی اللہ عنہ ) up, sometimes would make them sit on shoulders, would kiss them (رضی اللہ عنہ ), would smell them and say: (انکم لمن ریحان اللہ) You are the smell granted by Allah جل جلالہ on one time like this Hazrat Aqra Ibn-e-Habis رضی اللہ عنہ said: O Prophet of Allah! I have 10 sons but I haven’t kissed anyone of them till today. Prophet ﷺ said to him: The one who don’t do mercy, Allah doesn’t do mercy on him. After the revelation of verse Tatheer, Prophet ﷺ took Hazrat Ali رضی اللہ عنہ , Hazrat Fatima Zohra رضی اللہ عنہ and Hazrat Husain in his cloth and said to Allah: Translation: These are my family members. Make the dirt move away from them and make them neat and clean. (Tirmizi Shareef) In sahi Bukhari, Hazrat Ali Bin Sabit رضی اللہ عنہ narrates that Prophet ﷺ was having Hazrat Hasan رضی اللہ عنہ on his shoulder and was doing dua like this: O Allah, He is dear to me; you also make him dear to you (Bukhari and Muslim)
Imam Bukhari has written the quote of Hazrat Ibn-e-Umar, in the virtue of Hazrat Husain رضی اللہ عنہ that some Iraqi asked him any problem that if a mehrum kills a bee so what is the penalty? Hazrat Ibn-e-Umar replied with wearisomeness that the people of Iraq come to ask the problem of killing a fly and the grandson of Prophet ﷺ has been killed. (Hazrat Husain رضی اللہ عنہ ) Although Prophet ﷺ said about his both grandsons: These both are the fragrance of world for me. (Sahi Bukhari) Imam Tirmizi has told the hadis of Hazrat Usama Bin Zaid رضی اللہ عنہ that I went to Prophet ﷺ for any need. Prophet ﷺ came out of the house, in such condition that on both laps of Prophet ﷺ was something kept and he was wearing the cloth. When I got free from my work so asked that what is this? Prophet ﷺ removed the cloth. I saw that on one side is Hasan R.A and on other side Husain رضی اللہ عنہ and said: Translation: O Allah! I love them both, you also love them, and the one who do love, make him your beloved one. (Tirmizi)
The praying wordings are present in many books of hadis with proper narrations and what in the doubt in this that both of the grandsons of Prophet ﷺ are beloved of Allah and beloved of His Prophet ﷺ and the ones keeping love with them both are beloved to Allah and His Prophet ﷺ. Once it happened that Prophet ﷺ was giving sermon. Both of the grandsons came. Prophet ﷺ stopped the sermon and picked them both, made them sit near him and then completed the remaining sermon. Imam Termizi رحمت اللہ علیہ has written the narration of Hazrat Yali Bin Marwah رحمت اللہ علیہthat Prophet ﷺ said: Husain is mine and I am Husain’s. The one who loves Husain, May Allah love him. Husain is my one grandson. (Jame-Tirmizi). The wordings of (حسین منی انا من حسین) are for expressing intense love, admiration and heart relation. After this are those same prayer wordings, about who it’s said that these words are written in many narrations. Many narrations of this topic are written under the topic of virtues of Al-Hasan and Al-Husain رضی اللہ عنہم by Imam-Tirmizi. Prophet ﷺ has said to their (رضی اللہ عنہ) mother, Hazrat Fatima Zohra رضی اللہ عنھا as Syeda-tun-Nisa Ahl-ul-Jannah (Jame-Tirmizi) and to both brothers as Syyed Ashbab Ahl-ul-Jannah (Jame-Tirmizi). After the death of Prophet ﷺ, the attitude of companions رضی اللہ عنہ, specially Hazrat Sheikain (Hazrat Abu Bakar and Hazrat Umar رضی اللہ عنھما) was very merciful with them رضی اللہ عنہ. Right now it went in the discussion of Hazrat Hasan رضی اللہ عنہ that Hazrat Abu Bakar رضی اللہ عنہ picked him up. Instead in few narrations it’s the discussion of making him sit on shoulder. Hazrat Umar Farooq رضی اللہ عنہ, in his era, allotted the salary of both brothers, equal to the salary of people of Badr as 5000 darham and told its reason as being closed to Prophet ﷺ. Although Husain رضی اللہ عنہ were very young-men in the end of Caliphate era of Hazrat Umar رضی اللہ عنہ. It’s the incident of Caliphate era of Hazrat Umar رضی اللہ عنہ that he was standing and giving sermon Masjid-e-Nabvi on the minbar of Prophet ﷺ. Hazrat Husain رضی اللہ عنہ came and said by calling Hazrat Umar رضی اللہ عنہ: Get down from the minbar of my father (grandfather) and go and give sermon on the minbar of your father. Hazrat Umar رضی اللہ عنہ said: There is no minbar of my father. He said this and made him sit near him on minber and dealt him with much love and admiration. He (رضی اللہ عنہ) got some halay (dresses of cloth) from Yemen in the era of Caliphate of Hazrat Umar رضی اللہ عنہ. He (رضی اللہ عنہ) distributed them among the sons of companions (رضی اللہ عنہ) and asked for better halay from them for Hazrat Husain رضی اللہ عنہ and gave them to Husnain رضی اللہ عنہ and said; now my heart has become happy. (Sair Aalaam Al-Nabla). Although Husnain R.A is not narrator of many ahadis, still they told ahadis of Prophet ﷺ directly from him ﷺ and their parents. Hazrat Hasan رضی اللہ عنہ and Hazrat Husain رضی اللہ عنہ were very pious; they (رضی اللہ عنہ) did Hajj again and again from Madina barefoot. They would spend wealth in way of Allah جل جلالہ very much. Open-handedness was gained in heredity from grandfather and parents. (رضی اللہ عنھما و ارضاھما) (Thanking you! Khatm-e-Nubbuwat)
